Automotive Electrical Fitter will be responsible for addressing and resolving electrical issues in automotive machinery and equipment at plant. This includes the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and in compliance with safety standard.
Responsibilities:
You will be performing the following duties
- Maintain and repair electrical wiring, systems and components in automotive machinery and equipment.
- Use specialized diagnostic equipment to identify electrical issues and faults in automotive plant machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and to prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including details of repair and maintenance conducted.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company regulations, plant guidelines and safety standard.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure comprehensive service delivery
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical systems and Plant machinery
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

- Diploma/Vocational training in industry electrical system or relevant qualification.
- Good Knowledge on Manufacturing Industry, Knowledge about Gypsum products is of added advantage.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Electrical Fitter or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical system and component used in automotive machinery
- Knowledge in electricity and electronics.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skill.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office tools.
