Key Responsibilities
- Answer all calls promptly and professionally according to departmental standards, maintain a professional tone, use standardized English phrases, and handle all incoming and outgoing faxes and messages for guests and departments.
- Assist with guest requests, redirect them to the appropriate department or room number, ensure all requests are handled in a timely manner, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle all emergencies efficiently, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction by following the hotel's emergency procedures.
- Attend daily briefings, escalate guest satisfaction issues to senior colleagues, manage guest requests and reports through Service One and HotSOS, and ensure smooth shift handovers with accurate records of all activities.
- Accurately record, check, and hand over wake-up calls, ensuring all calls are made on time, recorded clearly, and cross-checked before shift changes.
- Update information boards and whiteboards daily, print in-house guest lists every three hours, email daily and monthly reports to relevant departments and managers, and ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate
Qualifications and Experience
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate)
- Problem solving
- Leadership and team management skills
- Project Management Skills
- 2- 3 years experience in a five star hotel
