Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and client relations.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and inventory to ensure profitability.
- Lead marketing efforts (social media, events, partnerships) to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai’s health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Foster a positive, professional atmosphere for clients and staff.
- Conduct Pilates sessions (if certified) and mentor instructors to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements Skills:
