WE ARE HIRING: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – RICE (1 POSITION)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager – Rice to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing major accounts, and expanding our market presence.
Location: Dar es Salaam
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Manage and grow major/key accounts
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market share
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Lead and supervise the regional sales team
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Proven experience in major account sales (FMCG or rice industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Tanzanian market is an added advantage
