The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who interviewed between 05-09-2024 and 18-06-2025 that the results of the successful applicants are as listed in this advertisement. The list of names also includes some of the interviewees who were in the database for various cadres who have been assigned to work stations after the position became available.
All interviewees who were successful in the interview and assigned to work stations will receive their letters of assignment to work stations through their Ajira Portal Accounts in the My Applications section, so they should download and print the letters and take them to report to their assigned work stations.

Applicants who have passed the interview are required to take letters of assignment to the work center at Offices of the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service. The offices of Public service Recruiting secretariat are located in the University of Dodoma (UDOM) on the buildings of Dr. Asha Rose Migiro. All hired candidates should arrive at Public Service Recruitment Secretariat at records Office within seven days from the date of this announcement and thereafter letters that will not be accepted by new employees will be sent through their Postal address. In addition, job applicants who passed the interview and were assigned to a job center are required to report to The employer during the period that is specified in the letters of assignment to the work center with their original certificates of studies from the form four onwards in order to be verified by the employer before being given a letter of employment.
