Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Junior Contract and Procurement Analyst at Find Middle East FZ LLC, you will be responsible for the following duties.
- You will be responsible to Support the review and preparation of contracts in line with policies and legal requirements
- You will be responsible Assist in procurement activities including RFQs/RFPs, vendor coordination, and evaluations
- You will be responsible to Maintain procurement and contract documentation, trackers, and records
- You will be responsible to Support data analysis related to procurement spend, pricing, and supplier performance
- You will be responsible to Monitor contract timelines, renewals, and deliverables
- You will be responsible to Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes
- You will be responsible to Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and ethical standards
- You will be responsible to Assist in promoting procurement best practices across departments
Qualifications:
Find Middle East FZ LLC requires the following minimum requirements for the Junior Contract and Procurement Analyst:
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, or a related field
- You must have an experience of at least 3 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
- You must be Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Oracle
- Being a Native Arabic Speaker is an additional advantage.
