Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Operation intern will will be working under the Operations department and be responsible for performing the following duties:- To make follow up on customer loan repayments to ensure all loans are paid on time.
- To make communication with customers regarding payments issues.
- To assist in collection of customer data and verification.
- Conducting visits on the field and customer follow-ups.
- Supporting loan disbursement and collections activities.
- To make preparation of daily collections and to submit operations reports.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Willingness to work in the field and achieve targets.

- High level of discipline and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in sales, microfinance, or collections will be an added advantage.
