- Leadership & People Management - Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Services team. Drive a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and customer centricity.
- Reporting & Compliance - Ensure accurate, timely reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Billing, Cost Control & Financial Accuracy - Ensure accurate rate application for all loads and services.
- Validate billing inputs and support financial teams during month‑end processes. Investigate and rectify rate discrepancies, zero‑rated loads, or unbilled activities.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support client profitability management.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor degree in Logistics or similar qualification will be an advantage
Experience and Skills Required
- You must have at least 5 years of experience in a Logistics Operational Supervisor/Management environment
- You must have knowledge and experience on TMS and Planning Software
- You must have experience on Tracking Systems (Pullsit, C-Track etc.)
- Operational cross border experience essential
