Responsibilities
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brands awareness and drive sales in the motorcycle industry.
  • Develop campaigns tailored to the target audience.
  • Utilize photography skills to capture compelling visuals of motorcycles, riders, and related events.
  • Create professional quality, engaging content from local environment for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and grow the company's all social media accounts by regularly updating content, interacting with the community, and staying informed about industry trends.
  • Leverage social media platforms to connect with motorcycle enthusiasts and build a loyal online community.
  • Organize and participate in motorcycle-related events, track days, demo days, exhibitions and various other events to promote the brand and products.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations with key players in the motorcycle industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing & activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use gathered insights to adjust marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and analyze customer surveys to gather feedback on products, services, and brand perception.
  • Utilize survey data to improve customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Connect with motorcycle riders and enthusiasts through online and offline channels to build a strong brand community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and key figures in the motorcycle community.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Provide marketing support for new product launches and promotions.
  • Oversee & manage the company websites, optimize SEO if required and ensure it reflects the latest brand message, product information, and promotions.
  • Regularly update website content for product offers, events and news.
  • Design & create professional and visually appealing marketing collateral, ensuring consistent branding across all materials following brands corporate identity requirements.
  • Oversee the production and management of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, digital assets, and other promotional items.
Experience
  • Grand Hyatt Dubai is looking someone who has experience in owning a project from start to finish, writing promotional copy for a variety of platforms including promotional material, website copy, social media etc.
Qualifications
  • Ideally, we’d love you for you to have diploma or degree in hospitality or Marketing.
  • You will have proven capability in influencing and impacting strategy whilst having a creative flair and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a passion for storytelling, good attention to detail, and the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class experience is a must.
