The Project Coordinator at Majid al Futtaim responsible for all administrative activities related to Contract & Project department ensuring an exceptional service is delivered. The role holder will be coordinating with vendors, clients and internal stakeholders for all project activities including creation of sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing
Responsibilities
A project Manager at Majid Al Futtaim is responsible for regular activities as on other companies. You will not work alone, our work team is along with you to cooperate with during your duties implementation. The following are your responsibilities:
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for the Quotations in compliance with projects specification and budget.
- Review tender documents and prepare technical submittal as per project requirements.
- Prepare, submit, follow-up, and monitor approvals of material and drawings submittals.
- Maintain project Bill Of Quantity (BOQs) and monitor the procurement schedule.
- Prepare quotations for customers based on the customer and business requirements.
- Monitor and follow-up clients’ outstanding payments.
- Support internal teams as and when required through the sales process ensuring maximum benefit to the business.
- Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical.
- 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in site management.
