The Cove Rotana Resort is currently hiring for Director of Food and Beverage in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within a hospitality establishment, ensuring high-quality service, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.2. Manage the food and beverage budget, including cost control and pricing strategies.
3. Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff.
4. Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and presentation.
5. Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that appeal to customers.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
6. Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
7. Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation is a plus.
