1. Housekeeping Attendant
The Housekeeping responsible for
- Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to established standards.
- Ensure all linen, amenities, and supplies are replenished and neatly arranged.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or deficiencies promptly.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and with courtesy, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctioning tools or machinery.
- Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
- Support colleagues and supervisors during busy operations or special projects.
- Adhere to all company hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong service ethic.
2. Housekeeping Supervisor
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments
- Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants
- Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms and take appropriate action
- Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions
- Receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant
- Receive special requests from guests and carry them out
- Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are as per standard and immediate repairs are reported
- Fill out report and hand over found articles to the lost and found department
- Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells
- Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants and advise Superior about performance
- Assist with inventory and ensure that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained
3, Front Office Supervisor
Minimum requirements for this Front Office Supervisor are:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
- Desire to progress within the Hospitality industry
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Competent level of IT proficiency
4. Guest Relations Agent
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, promotions, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Handle VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions with personalized attention and care.
- Ensure guest profiles and preferences are accurately recorded in the system for future reference.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Assist in organizing amenities, room set-ups, or surprises for special occasions.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service at all times.
- Promote loyalty programs and upsell hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
5. Bellboy/Driver
You should be willing to work under less supervision and to be fully responsible on your duties
6. Waiter
Minimum requirements:
