Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Hotel Receptionist at Mileo The Palm Hotel are as follows;- Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and provide detailed information about rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
- Efficiently register guests and manage check-out procedures, including payment verification.
- Handle phone calls and guest requests, directing them to the appropriate departments for assistance.
- Assist with daily front desk operations, maintaining a professional and organized lobby area.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues calmly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Liaise with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and concierge, to ensure guest needs are met.
