A Housekeeping Order Taker manages all incoming guests' needs by promptly handling their cleaning demands efficiently. The staff will collaborate with the housekeeping department so as to guarantee that every visitor's needs are met at an exceptional level of quality.Job Responsibility:
- Respond quickly and respectfully to guests' inquiries and request for housekeeping services.
- Compile detailed information about guests' needs meticulously; assign duties accordingly to the cleaning staff.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule responsibilities and guarantee efficient execution of duties.
- Make sure every visitor's needs receive top-notch hygiene and speed service.
- Engage in clear communication with patrons to ensure all requests are met accurately and resolve any issues promptly.
Rotana is looking for a candidate who will fulfil the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficiency in providing support within an operational setting such as hospitality management is highly valued.
