CCBRT is a government/public institute, is hiring for a highly motivated and dynamic Call Centre Agent. A Call Center Agent at CCBRT will be responsible for management of CCBRT hotlines and handling calls from customers, patients, ambassadors, and other stakeholders for various purposes. All responsibilities are listed below:Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call center Agent at CCBRT will perform the following duties:
- Responsible in answering inquiries and questions from customers, patients, and stakeholders.
- Responsible to handle complaints professionally and effectively.
- To perform problems troubleshooting and to provide relevant information.
- To identify customer needs and to clarify information.
- To Investigate issues and to provide immediately and perfect solutions.
- Responsible to follow up customer calls if necessary.
- To build sustainable relationships with customers.
- To engage customers by going the extra step ahead.
- Supporting the smooth delivery of call center services at CCBRT.
Minimum Requirements
- Applicants should have the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems and practices.
- Computer literacy.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to adapt to different personality types.
- Flexibility.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proactive attitude.
- Eagerness to learn.
